These Terms cover any app or game published by sskplay under the apps.sskplay.com catalog. By installing or using the App, you agree to them. If you don't, don't use the App.

Use

You may install and use the App for your own personal or internal business use. Don't use it for anything illegal, don't try to bypass billing or license checks, don't redistribute it as your own, and don't use our networking apps to attack or disrupt other people's devices.

The App and its assets are owned by sskplay or its licensors. Bundled open-source components are licensed under their own terms — the App's "Licenses" screen lists them where applicable.

Purchases and ads

Where an app offers in-app purchases, they're handled by Google Play Billing. Where an app shows ads, they're served by Google AdMob. We never see your payment details and we don't control which ads are shown. See our Privacy Policy for what data each one processes.

As-is, no warranty

The App is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Networking apps depend on your local network; we don't guarantee specific latency, throughput, or compatibility. To the extent allowed by law, sskplay isn't liable for any indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is capped at what you paid us for the App in the past 12 months (or USD 10, whichever is greater). Nothing here limits rights that can't be limited under your local law.

Changes & termination

You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may update or discontinue any app, and we may update these Terms — the "Last updated" date at the top will change when that happens. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, with Seoul courts as the venue, except where local consumer-protection law gives you the right to sue where you live.
